On our way back from visiting family up north, we stumbled across a fabric dealer who was seeing out his last days in this huge derelict looking warehouse on the outskirts of Birmingham. I wish i took pictures but I was too amused by the fact that there was someone actually running a business in such a an amazing building! In amongst thousands of rolls, We found a few end of line rolls of the oilskin that made the most beautiful raincoats and here is one of them.
