We pack each parcel with care and attention, and we hope it brings you joy when it arrives.
UK Orders
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, orders are sent via Royal Mail’s 24-hour tracked service.
If your order is particularly urgent, please let us know in the notes section at checkout or email us directly. We will always do our best to help and, if you’re local, we may even be able to arrange same-day delivery.
UK shipping: £6.50
Click & Collect
You are very welcome to collect your order free of charge from our Crouch End shop.
European Orders
Orders to Europe are sent via Parcelforce Worldwide and typically arrive within approximately one week of dispatch under normal circumstances.
European shipping: £30
International Orders
Orders to the USA, Korea, China, Australia, New Zealand, and the rest of the world are sent via UPS.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
International shipping: £50
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Please return all unwanted items in their original condition, including any original packaging, so that they can be resold.
Refund Processing Fees
When a refund is issued, our payment providers (Square and PayPal) do not return the original payment processing fees to us.
As a small independent business, we are unfortunately unable to absorb these costs in the way larger retailers can. For this reason, the payment processing fee (typically 2–3% of the order value) will be deducted from any refund.
We appreciate your understanding and support.
How to Return an Item
To arrange a return, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Your return address
If your parcel is large (over 2kg), we can provide a quote for a return shipping label upon request.
Your Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, when purchasing online or by phone:
- You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where applicable. Additional charges for next-day delivery or international shipping are not refundable.
- We may make a deduction from your refund if returned items show signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
- Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with any items purchased, you can return them to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
When you opt for a refund, neither of our payment processing companies Square nor paypal refund us back the payment processing fee. As a small business, unlike bigger chains, we can’t afford to pay this fee from pocket each time so we have sadly decided to pass it on to our customer. This fee is usually between 2-3%.
If you want to try several garments or several rugs in situ, please get in touch before placing an order and we can arrange to send out the items for trial and we can both have smoother hassle free experiences through out.
Please return unwanted or incorrect items in perfect, resalable condition, including the original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
To return items, please email with your order number and return address.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:
- You have the right to return your order within 14 days of the date the order is delivered to you.
- You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to return the goods.
- A quote for return label can be provided upon request if the parcel is large item ie. Over 2kg.
- We will reimburse to you the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply, via the method used to pay for the original transaction. This does not include Next day or international delivery costs.
- We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
